Composition: Stoga flower, birch leaf, nettle leaf, mulberry leaf, rosemary, black juniper, willow bark, gram root, tongue root, etc.
Curative properties: The herbs in this mixture help relieve pain caused by rheumatism. Juniper, as a good diuretic, helps excrete chlorides and nitrogen in the form of urea, acting on joint rheumatism. Nettle promotes blood circulation in the skin and in addition to relieving pain, it contains vitamins such as A1, B2, C and K. Rosemary is a good treatment for articular rheumatism and helps with blood circulation. The root of the tongue contains saponins, flavonic heteroside, some essence, etc., components that give the tea properties to promote urination (diuretic) and reduce irritations of the urinary tract and rheumatism. Birch leaves contain saponin, resin, vitamin C, cathartic tannin and flavonoids that promote diuretic action and help relieve rheumatism and joint pain. Willow bark, thanks to the salicin it contains, releases salicylic acid, which is why it is recommended against chronic rheumatism.
Preparation: A tablespoon of the plant is placed in a container where a glass of boiling water is added, left for 10-15 min, drained and the liquid is set aside. A glass of water is added to the remains of the plants and the contents are boiled for 5 min. After it cools, it is strained and the resulting tea is mixed with the first one.
