Healing properties: Tea, thanks to its composition, significantly increases urination and has digestive ability. It is used for phosphate, urate and carbonate kidney stones. Corn whiskers increase diuresis 2-3 times and are also recommended against bladder irritation, bloody urination, etc. The roots of the tongue are recommended against the sand that forms in the kidneys and in the urinary tract. Horsetail, thanks to its calcium salts and antimicrobial essence, is used as an antiseptic and diuretic in kidney and bladder diseases. The diuretic action of the tea is enhanced by the presence of cherry stems and birch leaves. Stone fern is also a good kidney stone dissolver. Nettle leaf, bean bark, juniper, help fight kidney and urinary tract diseases. Gërdec leaves act as an antiseptic for the urinary tract.
Preparation: The mass of two tablespoons is poured into a container where two glasses of cold water are added. They are mixed and left alone for the whole night (10-12 hours). In the morning, the juice is strained and stored separately. Three glasses of water are added to the remains of the plants and boiled for 5-10 min. Leave to cool covered. After cooling, the tea is strained and mixed with the first. We will have more than three servings of tea, to be consumed in the morning, lunch and dinner, for the whole day.
