Curative properties: The plants combined in this herbal mixture complement each other's actions and, in this way, give the tea a complete calming effect on various neuroses, nervous insomnia, nervous fatigue associated with insomnia and headaches. The elderberry flower, thanks to its essence and lupolone, calms the central nervous system, relieves the undesirable state during nervous tension and induces sleep. Chamomile and mint leaves have quite good antispasmodic and sedative properties. Blir flowers contain various essences and substances that improve the nervous condition and therefore facilitate sleep. Willow bark has soothing properties in insomnia along with bee grass which has mild hypnotic properties.

Preparation: A teaspoon and a half of the preparation is poured into a container of water (more or less, the amount for a cup of tea) where it is left for 6-7 hours, mixing if possible 3-4 times. After reaching the time and mixing as above, the juice is slightly warmed (since if we boil it we will also remove part of the plant extracts) and drunk sweetened with sugar or honey as desired. The tea is calculated to be drunk once or twice a day, at lunch and in the evening, preferably before bread.
