Composition: Chamomile flower
Properties: Chamomile is known as a very effective natural sedative. It is used to remove gas from the intestines and relieve cramps (muscle spasms). It is used against diarrhoea, against inflammation of the urinary tract and as a tool that increases sweating and soothes as a whole. Significantly reduces the excitability of the central nervous system. Chamomile tea is also used for the treatment of diseases of the eyes, skin, ears, burns on the skin, accelerating the regeneration process.
Preparation: Two teaspoons of chamomile flowers are put in a container where a glass of boiling water is added, the container is covered with a lid and left for 10-15 minutes, stirring it from time to time. The juice is strained and drunk. It is best to sweeten as little as possible. For children, a teaspoon is used as a dose.
