Composition: Hawthorn flower, chamomile, bee grass, peppermint, sage, sedge, sumac grass, willow bark.
Curative properties: The plants combined in this tea, complementing each other's actions, give it a complete calming effect on various neuroses, insomnia, nervous fatigue as well as headaches. Sumbular has mild hypnotic and sedative properties that combine with the very good antispasmodic and sedative properties of chamomile, hawthorn and mint leaves, as well as the mild hypnotic properties of bee herb. Orchard leaves relieve bronchial spasms and have anti-neuralgic properties. Sage leaf and peppermint act on nervous disturbances, dizziness and fainting. The willow bark with its balicine content soothes neuralgia pains and acts significantly against insomnia.
Preparation: A tablespoon of the mixture is poured into a cup of boiling water. Leave for 5-10 minutes. The juice is strained and drunk sweetened with sugar or honey. Up to 2 cups of tea per day can be consumed.
