Ingredients: Birch leaf, hawthorn flower, nettle leaf, medicinal fom, milkweed root, horsetail, wild rose, evening primrose, cherry leaf, artichoke, olive leaf.
Healing Properties: The herbs combined in this herbal mixture have a cholagogic and choleretic effect, which means that they increase the production of bile while reducing the level of cholesterol in the blood. Birch has the effect of reducing the levels of bad cholesterol in the blood and increasing the levels of good cholesterol (HDL). It helps to eliminate excess fluids by directly influencing the sodium-potassium exchange in the kidneys. Thanks to its acids, choline, chalcolides and other compounds, radish has a regenerative effect on the blood, affects the production of bile and reduces cholesterol levels. Arginaria stimulates the production of bile and affects the metabolism of cholesterol and urea, having a diuretic effect. Other herbs affect the elimination of uric acid and dilate blood vessels, fighting hypertension and lowering cholesterol levels.
Preparation: Add a tablespoon of mixture to a cup of water, bring to a slow boil and after boiling, remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink, warm or lukewarm, sweetened as desired. Take 2-3 such doses per day.
